Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items that are within 30 days from the date of purchase. Holiday orders (orders placed between December 1st-January 1st) will be eligible for return from 60 days from date of purchase.

Domestic and International Returns
Glam cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
There are a few items that can't be returned:
- Item that have been opened/used
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discount rates, example: "5 for $100" (unless entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked "Non-Returnable"
- Any hair that has been removed from package, cut, styled, or color treated
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Additional Returns Guidelines
Health and safety regulations require that all products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and enclosed in original packaging.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are not eligible for coverage under our quality control warranty. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and we do our very best never to ship items with any defects.
However, we're human, and therefore not perfect. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, exceptions can be made. For concerns or feedback on products received, such as damaged or defective, please contact us at support@glamseamless.com and we’ll work to find you the best solution.
