We understand color matching can be tricky, and we're here to help. We offer 3 ways to get color matched! Schedule a free virtual consultation, email in photos for review, or get clip-in color samples that you can easily clip-in and blend with your real hair to determine the best blend! Colors may vary and can appear different online, depending on the computer screen or device. Lighting on your phone, computer and in the photos can alter the appearance of hair colors. Color matching by email or online cannot be guaranteed for these reasons. Ready to wear collections such as Clip-ins, Glam Bands and Ponytails will come included with a tester swatch. Semi-permanent methods such as Tape-ins, Traditional Wefts and Keratin Tip extensions wil not come with a tester included. If your extensions have been opened and the color is not a match, our team will work to provide you with the best resolution and assist you with finding the best shade. We are required to follow hygine regulations therefore we are unable to accept any item back that has been opened. We recommend utilizing our color matching options to ensure the color purchased will be the best match! Natural lighting is the ideal light source for a color match as hair will appear as it's true tone under natural lighting.

Finding the best extensions for you will depend on your lifestyle, preferences, hair density and what your overall hair goals are! We offer free virtual consultations which is the best way to get assistance with fidning the best collection and color to achieve your hair dreams!
Each of our tape in collections have a defining quality that sets them apart from each other! Our Remy 2.0 tape ins are our most popular, and contain the most total tape tabs. The Invisi 2.0 has the hair coming over the tape weft so it appears as if it is growing directly from the scalp which is ideal for fine/thin hair. The hand tied tape ins are longer in width to cover more surface area and can be cut for ultimate color and width customization!
Double drawn refers to the extensions having the same thickness from root to tip. All of our extensions are made with 100% human remy hair that is double drawn and the cuticle is intact. We stand behind and are proud of the extension quality that we offer!
When choosing the right hair extensions, one of the questions you may often ask yourself is "What length would be best for me?" Please do keep in mind we require all hair growth to be 3-4 inches in order to wear our extensions for a proper fit. Glam Seamless offers many lengths to make sure you look fabulous but also feel comfortable! The lengths we now offer would be 16"-24" throughout our widespread collections. We recommend booking a virtual consultation with our Glam stylist or by consulting with your stylist.

Shipping
Orders ship same day if placed before 5pm EST. We do not ship orders out on weekends or national holidays. The first shipping day counted for transit is the following business day. An email notification will be sent once the order has been placed, shipped, and delivered. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Due to the high demand of our orders and fast shipping, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been placed. Once an order has been placed, our system process begins imediately and we are unable to honor requests for order cancellations or modifications. Modifications include products (adding/removing, changing item collection, color, or length) shipping address, shipping method, payment method and billing information.
We offer standard 5-10 business day (USPS) Express 2-4 business day (USPS) and Express 2 business day (FedEx) shipping methods. Orders ship same day if placed before 5pm EST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $250.00. We also offer a same day shipping option called Shipsi which provides same-day shipping within a 10 mile radius from each of our Glam Store locations!
When packages are returned to sender our support team will reach out to confirm the best shipping address and our warehouse will attempt to re-ship the package once it has been recieved. If a package is returned for a second time, the order wil automatically be restocked and refunded to the original payment method. Please note when packages are returned to sender we have no control over how long it will take for the package to arrive back to our facility.
We offer an optional shipping protection called Route which protects packages from loss, theft or damage during transit. Route will auto apply to the cart at checkout and can easily be removed if not interested. Route is a small percentage of the order total and we highly recommend purchasing Route to protect your investment! While Glam Seamless would love to provide extensions world-wide, there are a few countries that we do not ship to. We do not ship to Egypt, Brazil, Italy, or Spain. Please note that flammable items are not shipped out of the United States.
Our warehouse is based in Salt Lake City, Utah therefore most shipments will be shipped from our main warehouse. We do have 2 Salon retail locations based in New York and West Hollywood California available to ship items that maybe out of stock from the warehouse. Orders that are shipped from the salon may have a 24 hour shipping delay.
Glam Seamless offers Shipping Guarantee on all orders that are delayed more than 24 hours then promised by the carrier. If your shipment has not arrived within the time frame chosen at check out with a 24 hour buffer time frame, a refund will be provided to the card used to complete the purchase with us! Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items that are within 30 days from the date of purchase. Holiday orders (orders placed between December 1st-January 1st) will be eligible for return from 60 days from date of purchase. If past the 30-day and 60-day return window time frames a refund is no longer available and a store credit will be issued upon receiving the returned item(s).

A final sale item confirms the item is a final sale purchase and is not elgible for return or exhcange. The reasons for a final sale item can range from product discontinuation, tools & accessories, to following standard hygine regulations.
We offer free returns unless the item returned is altered or damaged upon receipt. If the item is received in altered condition, a $10 fee will be deducted from the return amount.There is a 30 day window from the date of purchase for an order to be eligible for return or exchange.
Once your product is sent back to us and received by our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days for the returns department to receive, log, process and complete your return or exchange.
Payment Options
Glam Seamless extensions can be purchased using a wide variety of payment methods. We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Unfortunately nether payment method can be used for gift cards.
Afterpay FAQs
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time. To learn more, visit Afterpay website
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bags and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on glamseamless.com website.
Payment options depend on purchase amount.
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US credit card, debit card, or bank account, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.
For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

There are certain items that are restricted from purchase using Afterpay.
Subject to Glam Seamless return and refund policies, if you have changed your mind, you may be able to return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets Glam Seamless Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

You will be prevented from using Afterpay and you may be charged a late fee.
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed.
If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted, interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.
Pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.
Monthly payments may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase.

Cash App Pay is a fast and simple payment method that allows Cash App customers to pay for purchases either by scanning a simple QR code or by tapping Cash App Pay at checkout
to be redirected to Cash App. Cash App Pay is only available when you shop online.

Unfortunately, Cash App Pay is not yet available in Glam Seamless stores.
Cash App Pay will first attempt to debit the customer’s stored balance. If the balance doesn’t
cover the transaction total, 100% will be charged to a linked debit card.
Cash App Pay is only available in the United States at this time.
Cash App Pay returns follow our standard return policy. Cash App Pay transactions originating from the stored balance in the app will be refunded to the customer’s Cash App account balance. Cash App Pay transactions originating from a linked debit card or bank account will be refunded to the original card or bank account.
Customers seeking a refund for their Cash App Pay payment must request a refund from the merchant directly. Should the merchant refund the transaction, it can take up to 10 business
days for Cash App to receive the refund. As soon as Cash App receives the refund, the funds will automatically appear in your Cash App balance or linked debit card.

Quality Control
The Glam Seamless warranty covers manufacturing defects from 60 days from thedate of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects from installation, altering the extensions in any way from their original form, as well as improper use of hair care and extension handling. Please be advised that refunds are not issued on quality control submissions. If your item is found to be defective, a replacement or store credit will be provided. Glam Seamless has the right to determine the value of store credit offered based on many factors. Exclusions apply on final sale items.
Our Quality Control team requires images showing the quality issue as well as additional information on product usage and maintenance for review in order to provide the best resolution and help you get to the bottom of the issue experienced! Our team reviews each case as fairly and reasonably within the policies that we have in place. Our team will take into consideration all information that is submitted and provide a resolution within our policies as stated.
